The Ageas Bowl is set to host an unmissable evening of live blues music this November as the first ‘Blues at the Bowl’ event arrives at the home of Hampshire Cricket.

The venue’s iconic Rod Bransgrove Pavilion will play host to three fantastic up-and-coming blues acts on Saturday 24th November as part of an all-encompassing blues experience.

2017 European Blues Award Nominee, Elles Bailey, known for her ‘smoky vocal’ and music which seamlessly weaves rootsy blues, country and soulful rock with a contemporary edge, headlines the night’s entertainment.

The Dan Sowerby Band and CROSSFIRE featuring Marcus Praestgaard-Stevens will also feature on the Ageas Bowl stage, playing original songs as well as classic blues covers.

A wide range of blues-themed food and drink specials will be exclusively available to enjoy throughout the evening, with our specially selected ‘Blues at the Bowl’ ale on tap for one night only.

Standard tickets for Blues at the Bowl are available at £15 per person and permit access to unreserved seating and standing areas, and VIP tickets having already sold out due to early demand, those wishing to secure tickets are encouraged to do so quickly.

Tickets are available to purchase online at www.ageasbowl.com, over the phone on 0844 847 1863 or in person at The Ageas Bowl Ticket Office.

Situated an hour or less away from London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Reading, the Ageas Bowl is easily accessible for anyone living in the South of England. With excellent transport links from all major train stations and ferry terminals in the area, as well as a Park & Ride Scheme, it couldn’t be easier to get to and from the ground.
