When CAU was first launched, their vision was to create a restaurant that would fit perfectly in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires, they knew that if they could replicate that spirit, vitality, passion and sense of fun, CAU would become a home from home for diners.

CAU have wanted to put their own spin on their brunch menu – it’s no longer limited to the traditional English breakfast and a strong coffee! From sweet potato pancakes with grilled pork belly, fried egg and maple syrup to coal roasted peaches with Granola, natural yoghurt and honey – you are in for a brunching-good-time!

The stand out on the menu (and quite right too!) are the sweet potato pancakes – either served with grilled pork belly, fried egg and maple syrup; Goat’s cheese, rocket and sticky onions or Spinach and a poached egg. Are your taste buds dancing yet? The pancakes are soft, light and so delicious and the balance between the pancake itself and the topping is spot on. The steak and eggs are also a stand out on the menu – the steak is grilled to perfection and is paired with 2 beautifully fried hens eggs. Wash it all down with a selection of teas, fresh coffees, smoothies or even a cocktail.
